Job Description

The Cluster Group and Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving group, meeting, and event business across Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas and Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. The role focuses on maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives, strong client relationship management, and seamless event execution. Acting as the primary point of contact from the initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up, the incumbent ensures exceptional client experience and service excellence in line with Minor Hotels’ brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in group and event sales within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong understanding of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) market segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Opera, Delphi, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
