A great opportunity to join as a Cluster Revenue Director at a 5 star hotel in Doha

Responsibilities

Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.

Identify new revenue opportunities.

Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.

Act as overall business development consultant for the hotel manager/owner.

Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff at the hotel.

Assist and support sister hotels and travel when necessary

Embed a revenue management culture

Create and maintain full documentation on the on-line Revenue Plan. Prepare formats, instruction, training

materials in written and on-line formats.

 

Job Requirments

2-3 years of experience in hotel revenue management as Director of Revenue or similar role.

Strong organization and analytical skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Full knowledge of at least two PMS systems: Fidelio and Opera, plus two Sales & Catering systems: Delphi Windows and Opera.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with demonstrated aptitude to explain and train complex technical subjects to a wide variety of hotel users.

Knowledge of RMS Systems (IDeaS), Distribution Management (GDSs, OTAs, CRS Management) and Other Revenue Management Tools.
