Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure an efficient and well-organized department, where all associates are thoroughly trained, highly motivated, and aligned with departmental goals.Record, maintain, and analyze historical, current, and statistical data to make / validate revenue decisions.Maximize net room revenue through a deep understanding of all booking channels, while effectively managing inventory and rates.Implement daily rate strategies and inventory allocation to support the optimal business mix and total hotel revenue objectives.Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department.Coordinate and report on the upsell incentive program.Provide ongoing education to the Reservations and Front Office teams to reinforce understanding of revenue management concepts and consistent application of upselling techniques.Take full responsibility for OTA account management, ensuring accurate and competitive presence.Ensure that all Forbes, LQA, and brand standards are adhered to during the reservation process—via both phone and email.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to design effective and engaging offers, and ensure these are distributed to the right customers through the appropriate channels.Oversee the input and pricing strategies for contracted wholesale and corporate segments for each season.Manage group pricing strategies and provide accurate group quotations to the Sales team.Monitor and support the hotel’s online presence across booking engines to ensure all images, descriptions, and features are accurate and up to date.Monitor rate parity across all distribution channels and address any discrepancies promptly.Track pricing and yield strategies of the competitive set, analyzing their market responses and promotional activity to inform new tactical campaigns that drive revenue for Rosewood Munich & Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.Qualifications & Skills:Proven track record in luxury hospitality, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue and Reservations, including successful leadership of a team.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets; prior experience with luxury brands is highly preferred.Strong communication skills in both German and English.Strategic thinker with the ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment.Clear, logical thinker with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally represent the property in internal and external communities.The position is based on-site in Munich. Travel is required.

Responsible for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making to maximize profit through the proficient use of all relevant systems.
