We are seeking an invested and passionate Cluster Commercial Coordinator to oversee our two DoubleTree by Hilton properties in the CBD, based in Perth, on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
Support the Cluster Commercial Team to achieve and surpass their annual revenue targets
Create and interpret reports, working closely with your team and the relevant Hotel Managers
Work diligently with numbers and show strong comprehension of the sales environment
Monitor competitive hotel sales strategies and promotions, and communicate this information with your team
Utilise Delphi software, entering pertinent information on a regular basis
Participate in daily sales meetings with your team
Partake in hotel promotional activities
About You:
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
Commercially savvy with a knack for efficiency, bringing sound judgement and hands-on experience supporting commercial reporting.
A natural organiser with a sunny attitude, strong relationship skills, and a love for making Excel work its magic.
