A Club Manager oversees the Club Ceiba Team to ensure Team Members are well-prepared, informed, and empowered to deliver our Guests an exceptional and highly personalized experience from arrival to departure.
\n\nWhat will I be doing?\nAs Club Manager, you will lead the exclusive operations of Club Ceiba, acting as the main connection between the Guest, the resort, and all supporting departments. You are responsible for managing first (and last) impressions and creating unforgettable moments for our most discerning Guests. A Club Manager will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\nOversee the day-to-day operation of Club Ceiba, including the private lounge, check-in/check-out experience, culinary service, and exclusive guest activities.
\n\n\nEnsure the highest levels of Guest satisfaction, monitor service trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\n\nPersonally recognize VIP and returning Guests, ensuring a personalized and seamless luxury experience.
\n\n\nMaximize suite occupancy, promote exclusive services, and implement effective up-selling strategies.
\n\n\nSet departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and operational procedures.
\n\n\nMonitor Team Members’ appearance, performance, and service standards with a strong focus on training, coaching, and teamwork.
\n\n\nEnsure all team members have up-to-date knowledge of resort services, pricing, procedures, and local area insights.
\n\n\nMaintain excellent communication and working relationships with all hotel departments.
\n\n\nManage staffing levels and scheduling to meet the demands of the operation.
\n\n\nLead monthly team meetings and produce clear and actionable minutes.
\n\n\nHandle staff performance concerns in alignment with company policies and expectations
\n\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nAs the Club Manager – Ceiba, you will play a key role in delivering highly personalized and exclusive experiences for our most distinguished guests. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional with strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
\nTo succeed in this position, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
\n\n\nDegree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\n\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience supervising operations in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or boutique concepts
\n\n\nProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in highly personalized service environments
\n\n\nStrong commercial acumen with a focus on results and expertise in upselling strategies
\n\n\nHigh proficiency in hotel management systems and technology (Opera, OnQ, PMS, POS, CRM, etc.)
\n\n\nExperience managing budgets, cost control, and Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts
\n\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n\n\nProactive, resilient, and highly committed to guest satisfaction
\n\n\nImpeccable grooming and professional presence
\n\n\nFlexibility to adapt to operational needs and changing guest expectations
\n\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments
\n\n\nIt would be an advantage if you also have:\n\n\nKnowledge of Hilton standards, LQA, or Forbes service criteria
\n\n\nPrevious experience in luxury properties, boutique resorts, or executive clubs
\n\n\nFluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish (e.g., French, German, Portuguese)
\n\n\nExperience creating or overseeing exclusive culinary, cultural, or sensory guest experiences
