​As a Client Architect, you are the technical advisor for key NTT clients.  Client Architects are technology leaders who can demonstrate a deep understanding of various technical concepts while guiding customers through their Cloud

Transformation Journey.  
To be successful in this role, you must possess a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen and have a history of managing the technical relationship with Enterprise Accounts. 


The ideal candidate will have a “forward thinking” approach in everything that they do, looking for those next steps to help ensure the success of the client and NTT.  

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Cloud Architecture & Planning

Design and architect Azure-based solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Azure services such as Azure Virtual Network, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.Develop and maintain strategic cloud roadmaps, ensuring alignment with industry standards and NTT's best practices.Drive capacity planning and performance optimization across Azure environments.Provide oversight and advising to support teams in the event of incidents, outages, or escalations.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight

Serve as the technical lead on cloud transformation projects, overseeing solution design, deployment, and integration.Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Architects, CTO Office) to standardize new Azure technologies and services.Lead disaster recovery planning and testing, leveraging Azure Site Recovery and Backup solutions.Ensure compliance with security and governance frameworks using tools like Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

Client Relationship Management

Act as a trusted technical advisor to and advocate for the clients, aligning technical solutions to their business objectives.Build and manage strong technical relationships with client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify and eliminate technical debt through modernization and automation.Facilitate executive-level discussions on cloud strategy, risk mitigation, and digital transformation.

Technical Expertise & Advisory

Conduct deep-dive technical sessions on Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, and application services.Provide guidance on hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, integrating Azure with on-premises and other cloud platforms.Stay current with Azure innovations and proactively recommend enhancements to client environments.

Post-Delivery Sales Enablement

Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts by recognizing unmet needs and proposing Azure-based solutions.Collaborate with Solution Architects (SAs), Service Delivery Managers, and Client Delivery Managers (CDMs) to expand service offerings and drive client success.

Preferred Knowledge, Certifications, and Skills

Cloud Platform Expertise

Deep proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including services such as:Azure Virtual Network, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure DevOpsAzure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Policy, Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for CloudAdditional experience with VMWare, Vsphere, and other Cloud Monitoring or Management suites.Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments

Architecture & Design

Strong background in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architecturesExpertise in cloud migration strategies and integration of on-premises systems with cloud platformsFamiliarity with cloud governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards

Technical Leadership

Proven ability to lead cloud transformation projects from design through deliveryExperience managing technical relationships with enterprise stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO)Ability to conduct deep-dive technical sessions and guide cross-functional teams

Sales & Business Acumen

Experience in pre-sales technical support, solution scoping, and proposal developmentAbility to identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing accountsSkilled in preparing technical design documents, statements of work, and pricing models

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateTOGAF, ITIL, or other relevant enterprise architecture or service management certifications

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiencesStrategic thinking with a proactive, client-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple engagements and prioritize effectively
