**Job Summary** We are seeking a Cloud Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security MS Exchange Online Protect and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in messaging services and migration specifically within the medical devices domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design and implement messaging services to enhance our communication infrastructure. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of messaging services using Microsoft 365 and MS Exchange technologies to improve organizational communication. + Oversee the migration of messaging systems to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. + Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 Security to safeguard sensitive data within the medical devices domain. + Manage MS Exchange Online Protect to enhance email security and protect against potential threats. + Administer MS Exchange Online and MS Exchange Admin to maintain optimal performance and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements. + Develop and maintain documentation for messaging systems to support ongoing operations and future upgrades. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and efficiency. + Implement best practices for messaging migration to streamline processes and reduce risks. + Conduct regular assessments of messaging infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and innovation. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of messaging technologies. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud messaging services to drive continuous improvement. + Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing communication capabilities ultimately impacting the medical devices industry positively. Qualifications + Possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Security and MS Exchange technologies. + Demonstrate experience in messaging migration and implementation within the medical devices domain. + Exhibit proficiency in managing and administering MS Exchange Online and related services. + Showcase ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Hold a relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
