Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + **Lead Strategic AI Engagements** : Architect and deliver intelligent applications and AI agent solutions using Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and Azure Kubernetes Service. + **Influence Senior Stakeholders** : Engage with C-level executives, enterprise architects, and business leaders to align technical solutions with strategic business outcomes. + **Accelerate App Innovation** : Drive the design and implementation of cloud-native applications, leveraging modern development practices, DevOps, and platform engineering. + **Remove Technical Barriers** : Lead architectural reviews, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs to resolve blockers and accelerate solution deployment. + **Drive Consumption Growth** : Identify opportunities to increase Azure and GitHub usage through technical enablement, skilling, and solution optimization. + **Evangelize AI & App Innovation** : Represent Microsoft in technical communities, conferences, and customer workshops, sharing insights and best practices. + **Collaborate Across Teams** : Work closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to bring the latest innovations to customers and contribute to reusable IP. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + **Bachelor's Degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND a few years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development, or IT consultingOR equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Several years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including architecture, consulting, or solution delivery. + Proven experience with **AI/ML technologies** , especially in deploying **AI agents** , **LLMs or** Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) would be a plus. + Strong development background in **.NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript/Node.js** , with experience in cloud-native and microservices architectures. + Deep understanding of **enterprise IT environments** , including security, compliance, and governance in regulated industries. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization. + Certifications in **Azure** , **AI** , or **DevOps** are a plus.
