Your core responsibility is to enable partners to design and deliver scalable, profitable, and repeatable security solutions aligned with Microsoft’s Zero Trust principles. This includes driving adoption of key workloads such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Entra ID, championing architectural best practices, and guiding partners through technical enablement and specialization milestones. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and partner organizations to accelerate security offerings, influence strategic decisions, and ensure measurable business outcomes that strengthen customer trust and fuel growth. **Qualifications** To succeed as a Security PSA, you’ll need deep technical expertise in Microsoft security solutions and cloud architecture, including workloads like Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Entra ID. Strong consultative and communication skills are essential to influence partner strategies and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes. A proven ability to design scalable, repeatable security offerings aligned with Zero Trust principles is critical, along with experience in partner enablement and technical strategy planning. Candidates should demonstrate a growth mindset, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in driving adoption of innovative technologies through collaboration across internal teams and partner organizations.
