We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) -** **Viva** **Suite** **and** **SharePoint** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Viva Suite and SharePoint Online environments. This role involves managing and administering Viva Suite applications and SharePoint Online at the tenant level, integrating with Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring data governance and security. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** **Viva** **Suite** **Administration:** + Administer and manage Viva Suite applications at the tenant level, including configuration and deployment. + Set up and maintain SharePoint Homesite integration for Viva Connections. + Oversee Viva Engage administration using the Viva Engage Admin Center. + Monitor and report on user engagement and adoption of Viva applications. + Understand integration of all Viva modules with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and Copilot. + Assign and manage Viva Suite application licenses for users, managers, and leaders + Configure admin and analyst roles (Privileged Role Administrator, Insights Administrator). + Enable or disable advanced analysis features using PowerShell or the Microsoft 365 admin center. + Manage Viva modules and app deployment in Teams + Customize Viva Insights settings and add organizational data to the Viva Insights web app. + Validate technical readiness and deployment for prioritized scenarios, including Copilot integration. + Conduct training for Viva Insights and Copilot, targeting champions and end users. + Verify governance, security, and permission settings for Viva Insights. + Monitor adoption and change management planning, ensuring end users are equipped with proper skills.] + Build and manage custom Copilot dashboards for advanced analytics. + Understanding of VIVA features which are part of Seeded EnterpriseLicensingand capabilities which are part of different licensing available for VIVA. + Implementation of VIVA Learning with SharePoint as the Learning Provider, LinkedIn and Custom Providers + Implementation and rolloutof VIVA Amplify whichinvolves curating and publishing across multiple communication channels + Abilityto differentiatebetween use cases of VIVA Glint Vs VIVA Pulse.Understandingonconfigurations involved with Glintespecially Question Library, Report and ReportAnalytics **SharePoint Online Administration:** + Manage site collections at the tenant level. + Design and implement hub site architecture. + Utilize SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell module, and Microsoft Graph for tenant management. + Oversee tenant-level external sharing and prevent oversharing. + Administer and configure Microsoft Search and understand Microsoft Graph Search connectors. + Integrate SharePoint Online with M365 Purview for data governance and information management. + Implement data loss prevention, data retention, and sensitivity labels for SPO/ODFB. + Manage Microsoft 365 backup and archive for SharePoint Online. + Utilize SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) Add-on features and controls. + Classic and Modern Search + Understanding of the latest updates and changes to SharePoint Online + Understand GPO/Intune settings for managing the OneDrive for Business sync client. + Apply best practices for the OneDrive for Business sync client. + Implement end to end Information Architecture using the core capabilities of SharePoint Online + Understanding of Taxonomies at Tenant Level and Site Collection Level. + Migration planning, assessment and implementation using tools like SMAT, SPMT and Migration Manager to move from Network Shares, SP OnPrem and other SAAS Applications to SPO. + Implement Site Designs and Site Scripts and use of PNP for creating Templates + Performance and Throttling on SPO, what are the best practices related to those scenarios. + Experience with Modernization Scanner to look on Classic Components being used on SPO Tenant and help out with remediation and planning on those. + Understanding of Syntex services like OCR, Autofill Columns, Taxonomy Tagging, Image Tagging, Content Center. + Understanding of SharePoint Online Agents. **Development and Integration:** + Understand the concepts of using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PowerShell with SharePoint, with understanding on Application Catalogs for deployment on SPO + Integrate Viva Connections with SharePoint Online and set up SharePoint Homesite integration. + Configure Viva Connections experience for users. + Administer and manage Viva Engage at the tenant level using the Viva Engage Admin Center. + Understand the concepts of integrating 3rd party services with Viva Learning **Other** + Embody our culture (https://careers.microsoft.com/v2/global/en/culture)  and values. (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) **Qualifications** **Required/minimum qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, technology solutions,architecture, and/or consulting + OR equivalent experience. + Proven experience in SharePoint Online and Viva suite administration and usage. + Demonstrated understanding of data governance and security practices for Viva applications and SharePoint Online. **Other Requirements** **Citizenship & Citizenship Verification:** This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
