Cloud Services Manager
**MANTECH** seeks a **Cloud Service Manager** to lead and support advanced cloud service operations at **Fort Belvoir, VA.** This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of secure cloud environments in support of mission-critical U.S. Army systems and enterprise IT modernization efforts. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Lead the design, deployment, and management of secure cloud services across AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments. + Serve as the senior technical liaison for cloud architecture, integration, and performance. + Develop and manage SLAs, KPIs, and cloud service delivery metrics. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance. + Manage cloud resource optimization and budgeting strategies. + Provide Tier III support for escalated cloud issues and root cause resolution. + Oversee a team of cloud engineers and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards and RMF. + Interface with government stakeholders to ensure alignment of cloud services with mission objectives. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and nine (9) years of IT experience, OR Associate’s degree and eleven (11) years of IT experience, OR High School diploma and thirteen (13) years of IT experience. + Minimum of five (5) years of position-specific relevant experience in cloud services. + Demonstrated expertise in enterprise cloud operations, architecture, and service delivery. **Preferred Qualifications:** + AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). + Experience with DoD cloud security requirements, STIGs, and RMF. + Knowledge of ITIL service delivery frameworks. + Experience supporting classified systems and mission environments. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current/active Secret clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer. + Must be able to communicate and exchange information with coworkers, leadership, and government stakeholders. + Must occasionally move about within the office to access equipment, files, and workspaces.
