Who we are
In this role, you will be working with various IT departments such as architects, cloud experts, server, client and identity specialists. Your main task will be to ensure the security of data and systems in cloud environments. Vulnerabilities and potential avenues of attack must be identified and mitigated at an early stage. An operating model for these security processes must be implemented.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement security protocols to protect data in the cloud and prevent unauthorized accessMonitor security protocols and logs to identify and analyze potential threatsConducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses in cloud environmentsTraining employees on cloud security best practices and advising other IT teams on integrating security measuresResponding to security incidents and conducting investigations into security breachesEnsuring compliance with security standards and legal regulations
What you'll bring along
A University degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years proven experience in a comparable roleStrong technical expertis in cloud security solutionsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable wayExperience in larger security projects and organizations and the ability to collaborate with a modern cyber security departmentKnowledge of information security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2)Broad understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, AZURE) would be nice to haveProject management standards and IT-frameworks (e.g. ITIL) would be nice to haveExperience as a Service Manager would be nice to haveTeam player and positive attitudeExcellent English communication skills
Nice-to-Have Certifications:Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)o
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Experience in multinational companies
