We are seeking a Cloud Native Developer to join Lenovo’s Cloud-Native Platform Team. In this role, you’ll design and build the next generation of container orchestration systems, DevOps toolchains, and microservices frameworks that power Lenovo’s global enterprise platforms.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain components of Lenovo’s cloud-native platform: container runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes extensions, and microservices frameworks.

Collaborate with architects and team leads to design scalable, reusable, and resilient platform modules.

Contribute to DevOps automation: pipeline integration, testing, and performance tuning.

Improve platform stability, observability, and service reliability through proactive engineering.

Follow agile development practices while maintaining high-quality, clean, and efficient code.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in backend or platform development.

Proficient in Java and Go, with experience in Spring or Spring Cloud frameworks.

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and ecosystem tools (e.g., Prometheus, Istio).

Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and Scrum methodologies.

Experience with microservices architecture and PaaS platforms is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, collaborative team.
