Summary: Our client is undertaking a strategic migration of their Guidewire PolicyCenter platform from an on-premises environment to the cloud. They are seeking an experienced Migration Architect to lead and guide this transformation, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations. Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end migration strategy for Guidewire PolicyCenter to a cloud-based infrastructure * Assess current on-prem architecture and define cloud migration roadmap * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and application development * Ensure compliance with best practices for cloud architecture, data integrity, and system performance * Identify and mitigate risks associated with migration activities * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams throughout the migration lifecycle * Document architecture decisions, migration plans, and post-migration support strategies
