RVO2 is a global platform that leverages virtualization technology to manage project engineering systems at multiple centers. The CHS Support Engineer Team is responsible for all activities related to the support of the Worldwide Centralized Engineering Infrastructure in the local CHS datacenter and remote support of other CHS datacenters. These activities include systems deployment, end-to-end lifecycle management of virtual and physical systems (software and hardware), and Engineering.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation, by providing Tier 1 support with assistance as required.
+ Participates in the execution of low complexity internal tasks and duties
+ Participates in the execution of low to medium complexity troubleshooting following documented standards.
+ Participates and observes interactions and troubleshooting with internal and external customers.
+ Examples of activities:o Deployment of systems in a virtual environmento Resolution of support requests in a virtual environment, including support for Emerson applications and products such as: DeltaV, Syncade, Mimic and Project Data Linko Infrastructure monitoring tasks and basic troubleshooting.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience level in related field.
+ 1-2 years’ experience in:o VMware vSphere and VCentero MS Windows server OS o Deployment of virtual machines in a large virtual environmento Networking (certifications desirable)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B1 or higher).
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Knowledge of:o vRealize Operations Managero Experience with Dell enterprise hardwareo Datacenter Operationso ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
+ Experience using MS Office, SharePoint and Teams
+ Familiar with Emerson Automation Solutions products, processes and standards
