Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities: * Design and implement scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture * Build front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like Angular or React * Create and manage full-stack solutions integrating both front-end and back-end components * Architect and deploy secure, resilient, and highly available enterprise applications * Utilize AWS services including EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, S3, IAM, KMS, EKS, CloudWatch, ElasticSearch, ElastiCache (Redis, Memcached), SQS, and SNS * Manage Kubernetes/EKS deployments and operations * Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA for issue tracking and documentation * Conduct performance testing and ensure code quality using Cypress, Karate, SonarQube, and Veracode * Participate in CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitHub Enterprise
