CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, **Cloud Engineer, Senior** **.** This position is in support of the USAREUR-AF Mission Partner JMRC, located in Hohenfels, Germany. _This position is_ _located OCONUS._ **Responsibilities:** + Provides enterprise architecture services to support engineering designs, analysis, diagrams, development, implementation, integration, and transformation activities, including intelligence platforms + Develops and maintains DoDAF architecture products that conform to DoD and Army standards (e.g., DISA, RMF, DoD EA Reference Models), reference and objective architectures, network diagrams, and architecture views (e.g., OV, SV), and ensures standardized best practices are used + Develops, integrates, and maintains current architectures and views, including graphically documenting architectures and topologies + Develops and maintains analyses, detailed designs and build phases, detailed schematics, design and solution strategies, high-level and detailed process flows, information assurance, disaster recovery and continuity of operations, configuration specifications, and testing requirements + Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into networks and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security posture, and resiliency + Participates in and assists with operational evaluations of advanced technologies and supports assessment of impact to current systems + Ensures architectures are interoperable with NATO architectures and multinational partners + Possesses and uses expert knowledge on cloud infrastructures, platforms, O&M management, and services and develops cloud solution architectures, including full cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud, including cloud security controls and optimization plans + Interfaces with cloud service providers and analyzes their service offerings against MP requirements to perform an analysis of alternatives and make service provider recommendations for efficiency, effectiveness, and cost optimization + Implements solutions for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and cloud automation + Ensures compliance with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG), FedRAMP, and NIST SP 800-53 + Manages and maintains current and future operational and exercise architectures and provides on-site integration and troubleshooting + May attend and participate in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps + Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments + Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignmentsLeads IT requirements management and analysis in support of the USAREUR-AF IT Roadmap, G6 Lines of Effort, and modernization plans, including major technology assignments **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and have the ability to maintain + BA/BS +8-12years recent experience + Certification– 8140 - CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or SSCP or PenTest+ or Security+ or GSEC + Possesses extensive experience in cloud architecture and enterprise systems, preferably with knowledge of specific DoD/Army standards, including DISA and RMF. + Preferably demonstrates mastery of DoDAF architecture products, cloud infrastructures, and multi-cloud environments, proficiently developing architecture views and network diagrams. + Exhibits deep understanding of cloud security controls, preferably including FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide, while excelling in developing and maintaining complex architectures and disaster recovery/continuity of operations plans. + Shows proficiency in implementing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions, focusing on efficiency and cost optimization. + Brings expert-level knowledge to high-impact assignments, assesses emerging technologies for potential impact, and possesses strong on-site integration and troubleshooting skills. + Demonstrates ability to supervise technical teams and lead technology insertion projects. + Possesses strong background in DoD IT acquisition processes, architectures, and frameworks, preferably on requirements management and analysis for large-scale military IT systems. + TESA eligible _Desired:_ + Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs + Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards + Experience with DoD IT security requirements - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
