Who You Are

Experiencia y formación

≥ 2 años de experiencia práctica administrando y/o desarrollando soluciones en entornos productivos.Formación técnica (Ing. Informática/Telecomunicaciones) o experiencia equivalente.

Conocimientos técnicos imprescindibles

AWS (core & operación): IAM, VPC (subredes, routing, SG/NACL), EC2/ASG, EBS/EFS, S3, RDS/Aurora, Route 53, ALB/NLB, API Gateway/WAF, CloudWatch/CloudTrail/Config, Systems Manager/SSM, KMS/Secrets Manager.IaC: Terraform (módulos, estado remoto, políticas de reutilización), buenas prácticas de versionado y revisiones por PR (GitOps).Automatización y scripting: Python (boto3), Bash y AWS CLI.Contenedores y orquestación: Docker; Kubernetes (EKS) y/o ECS; imágenes, Helm y ECR.CI/CD: pipelines con GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins / Azure DevOps.Virtualización: VMware (vSphere/vCenter).Observabilidad: CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK para métricas, logs y trazas.Seguridad & cumplimiento: principios de least‑privilege en IAM, cifrado en tránsito/en reposo, hardening y DR/backup probado; familiaridad con CIS/AWS Well‑Architected.Networking: VPC Peering/Transit Gateway, VPN, (deseable Direct Connect).

Metodología y forma de trabajo

DevOps & GitOps (IaC, automatización “everything‑as‑code”, trunk‑based o similares, testing y documentación).Gestión operativa ITIL (incidentes, problemas, cambios), foco en confiabilidad/SLIs/SLOs; FinOps (optimización de costes) valorable.

Certificaciones (imprescindible al menos 1 vigente)

AWS Associate o Professional (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator o Developer) — imprescindible al menos una.Valorable: AWS Specialty (Security, Networking…), HashiCorp Terraform Associate, CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes), VMware VCP.

Conocimientos valorables (plus)

Experiencia con otras nubes (Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) y ecosistemas relacionados.Landing Zones (Control Tower/Organizations), SSO, secret management, malla de servicios, InfraSec.Participación en pruebas de DR y mejoras continuas de resiliencia al menos 1 vez/año.

Competencias personales

Resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados.Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar, comunicación clara y rigor en documentación.
