D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Closing Document Review Specialist. The right candidate will beresponsible for auditing all mortgage loans assigned in a timely manner. Review all completed and signed closing documents for accuracy and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Audit closing package to confirm all closing documents are present signed and dated properly Follow up with applicable parties on any incorrect or missing documents Communicate with branch and other departments on status of follow up Cure all investor and insuring suspense items and communicate with post-closing/insuring departments on status Assign final closing documents to respective container in document imaging system Maintain acceptable timelines and Quality Control (QC) score for post-closing activities Maintain outstanding condition pipeline and keep comments current regarding follow up documentation Clear all post-closing conditions as applicable Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime
