Clinincal IDN Luminary Specialist
**Clinincal IDN Luminary Specialist - req1499** **OVERVIEW** The Clinical IDN/Luminary Specialist (CILS) role will report into the National Strategic Business and Luminary Development Manager and will be a clinical and solution subject matter expert to support the sales of imaging modalities and Advanced Visualization solutions within CMSU. They will strategically support product demonstrations based on the information provided to them by the zone sales team and their manager. Focusing on our IDN/ Luminary accounts at the sonographer level, maintaining key account relationships Directly involved in the development and maintenance of existing customer reference sites/Key Account list. Assist in achieving and maintaining a higher level of customer satisfaction across our large contracts and organizations. Provide direct continuing Hands-on product training to the RBM, AE and Applications Teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Maintain relationships across the Ultrasound Mega BU to help grow new business and maintain current business with a focus upon but not limited to IDN and Luminary sites. + Maintain sonographer/sonographer administration relationships with KOL and Luminary accounts. + Checking in often to listen to their needs and elevate any issues through the appropriate channel whether it be product development gap, clinical training and/or service issues. + Support strategic deals through product portfolio and key technology presentations. + Drive customer retention and satisfaction. + Act as a liaison between customer and key business segments within CMSU. + Customer retention and Marketing and Education Activities, work with core team to provide customer facing documents and to maintain customer satisfaction. + Assist the UL Regional Apps Managers, and UL Regional Sales Managers to evaluate clinical, technical, and general sales skills of current UL RBM team using their experience of working with the team at each UL demonstration. + Collaborate with IDN Manager, UL Clinical Applications Manager, UL Clinical Sales Specialist and clinical sites for the installation of equipment in large key accounts. Help strategize and organize an efficient training agenda and continue to monitor the sites post installation, act as a liaison between the customer and CMSU. + Provide clinical advice to customers to improve utilization of the system and ancillary equipment to help improve their clinical outcomes. + Participate in Trade Show activities to interface with key customers. + Supplement the Applications team covering booth assignments. + Attend customer dinners as requested. + Additional assignments as needed, for example, competitive review. + Represent CMSU as the clinical expert at customer sales meetings to ensure healthcare professionals questions are answered satisfactorily. + Participate in applications and sales meetings, training, and seminars. + Maintain industry and product knowledge to be able to address competitive issues as it relates to the product demonstration and sales process. + Participate with the UL Regional Apps Managers, and UL Regional Sales Managers in the New Hire Sales Training process as the UL Clinical Expert/Support Specialist and create training materials as needed. + Directly involved in the continued training of the UL RBMs and UL Clinical Application teams, as well as the specific select Modality AEs, IDN Directors, and SBG team on the clinical use and demo capabilities of the Canon UL product line. + Directly involved in the training of new Clinical Sales Specialist. + Work with sales team to create strategic approach plan for product demonstration events and demonstrate the product for potential customers. \#LI-NA1 \#LI-Remote **QUALIFICATIONS** + Previous CMSU or industry sales/applications experience. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent Platform/Presentation skills. + Previous applications experience. + Computer proficiencies required, Microsoft Office, DICOM Viewers, email. + 2 Year Associate's Degree Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or equivalent. + 5 years Clinical experience at a hospital or imaging center, previous CMSU applications experience. + Previous CMSU or industry sales/applications experience. + **Pay Information: Min $97,900 to Max $157,500** **_About us!_** _Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., a world leader in diagnostic imaging, is in search of qualified candidates to fill our open positions.
