campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital a bed facility a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services The Greater Manchester Region serves a region of people in townsThis position reports to the Adult Ambulatory Coordinator andor to the Director of the Service and the Medical Director Provides direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care and is responsible for treatment of the client and provision of age appropriate care Core skills may include crisis assessment intake assessment individual therapy group therapy family therapy treatment planning case management teamcommunity collaboration patientfamily education and triagedischarge planning As skill sets permits may provide flexible coverage to another service within Behavioral Health on a short term basis Creates a caring and compassionate environment through the Core Values of Teamwork Communication Respect and CaringCOMPETENCIESThis position requires computer competency with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook strong clinical skills including a demonstrated team orientation and strong written as well as verbal communication skills using the English languageMust be flexible in approach so that service specific as well as overall system needs can be metMust be able to function effectively and at times independently in an environment where multi
