reports to the Adult Ambulatory Coordinator andor to the Director of the Service and the Medical Director Provides direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care and is responsible for treatment of the client and provision of age appropriate care Core skills may include crisis assessment intake assessment individual therapy group therapy family therapy treatment planning case management teamcommunity collaboration patientfamily education and triagedischarge planning As skill sets permits may provide flexible coverage to another service within Behavioral
