About the Role
Are you a Registered Nurse seeking flexible, meaningful work in clinical research?
IQVIA, a global leader in advancing healthcare innovation, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support clinical trials through in‑home patient visits. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping bring new treatments and therapies to patients—while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and data integrity.
This position offers flexible scheduling, primarily morning or early‑afternoon visits, making it ideal for PRN nurses, part‑time clinicians, or nurses looking to supplement their income while gaining valuable clinical research experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home visits with clinical trial participants.
Perform protocol‑required nursing procedures and assessments.
Collect and document clinical data to support evaluation of investigational medications.
Perform tasks that may include:
Phlebotomy, vital signs, and urine collection
Medication administration as required by protocol
Subcutaneous injections
Proper labeling, handling, and shipment of biological samples
Accurate documentation of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)
Completion of required reports within defined timelines
Conducting Mental Health (MH) reviews when applicable
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
BLS certification (current)
Recent hands‑on experience with blood draws
Experience with vaccines
Comfort using basic computer and mobile software applications
Ability to travel locally and regionally (up to 90 miles)
Reliable transportation, internet access, and mobile phone
Flexible availability to accommodate patient visit schedules
Preferred:
Pediatric nursing experience

The potential base pay range for this role is $50.00-$60.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
