As a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE), you will work closely with research sites, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to support trial recruitment and deliver study‑specific training. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help optimize the site experience and contribute to strong study performance through effective communication, education, and relationship management.
What you’ll be doingPartner with research sites to develop study‑specific action plans that support recruitment and trial executionDeliver education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff, reinforcing clinical trial protocols and proceduresCollaborate with referral networks, where applicable, to help identify potential trial participantsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and caregiversAnalyze site and customer data to tailor engagement strategies and support pre‑screening, screening, and enrollmentUse internal systems to document activities and outcomes, and support group events or educational sessions as neededAddress questions and objections with confidence and professionalismMaintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area and disease landscapeWhat you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceRegistered Nurse or other qualified healthcare professional1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical, research, or healthcare settingWillingness and flexibility to travel as requiredClinical knowledge within a relevant therapeutic areaStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersGood written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsA solutions‑focused, proactive approachStrong customer and site‑partner orientationCultural awareness, empathy, and a collaborative mindsetAlignment with IQVIA values and commitment to quality and integrityIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
