Clinical Trial Educator
At IQVIA, we help improve patient outcomes by advancing clinical research. As a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE), you will work closely with research sites, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to support trial recruitment and deliver study‑specific training. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help optimize the site experience and contribute to strong study performance through effective communication, education, and relationship management. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity. **What you’ll be doing** + Partner with research sites to develop study‑specific action plans that support recruitment and trial execution + Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff, reinforcing clinical trial protocols and procedures + Collaborate with referral networks, where applicable, to help identify potential trial participants + Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and caregivers + Analyze site and customer data to tailor engagement strategies and support pre‑screening, screening, and enrollment + Use internal systems to document activities and outcomes, and support group events or educational sessions as needed + Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism + Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area and disease landscape **What you’ll bring** + Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience + Registered Nurse or other qualified healthcare professional + 1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical, research, or healthcare setting + Willingness and flexibility to travel as required + Clinical knowledge within a relevant therapeutic area + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders + Good written and spoken English + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams + A solutions‑focused, proactive approach + Strong customer and site‑partner orientation + Cultural awareness, empathy, and a collaborative mindset + Alignment with IQVIA values and commitment to quality and integrity IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
