At IQVIA, we help improve patient outcomes by advancing clinical research. As a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE), you will work closely with research sites, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to support trial recruitment and deliver study‑specific training. Acting as a trusted partner, you will help optimize the site experience and contribute to strong study performance through effective communication, education, and relationship management.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity.
What you’ll be doingPartner with research sites to develop study‑specific action plans that support recruitment and trial execution
Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff, reinforcing clinical trial protocols and procedures
Collaborate with referral networks, where applicable, to help identify potential trial participants
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and caregivers
Analyze site and customer data to tailor engagement strategies and support pre‑screening, screening, and enrollment
Use internal systems to document activities and outcomes, and support group events or educational sessions as needed
Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area and disease landscape
What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Registered Nurse or other qualified healthcare professional
1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical, research, or healthcare setting
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
Clinical knowledge within a relevant therapeutic area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
