We are currently seeking Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) to join our Functional Service Partnerships team in a client facing role. As a vital part of our team, CTAs perform daily administrative tasks to support to clinical projects and update clinical systems and databases. You will also perform general administrative tasks as needed. You will have excellent communication, computer, and problem-solving skills, and you will be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organised. You will be a natural at building rapport with peers and site staff.

Prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports as per the scope of work and standard operating proceduresReview study files periodically for completeness and accuracySupport CRAs and RSU with the management of Clinical Trial Supplies and tracking informationTrack and manage CRFs, queries and clinical data flow efficiently and effectively.Communicate with the clinical team and provide relevant project information, correspondence and documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 6-12 months experience in a CTA roleFlexible and adaptable to different levels of education, training and experienceUpdated and maintained clinical documents and systems accurately (e.g., eTMF and CTMS)Communicated effectively with clients and stakeholders, mastered various computer applications, and resolved complex issuesFamiliar with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines and ensured compliance in all clinical trialsCompleted High or Secondary School diploma/certificate
