This is a part-time, 30-hours a week, exempt position that will be working in two of our Boston, Massachusetts locations.
This benefit eligible position has a flexible day shift schedule and a starting salary range of $46,800 - $67,500 annually.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide clinical assessment including behavioral health diagnosis and referral for medication management when needed. Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, crisis intervention. Provide individual, group, mental health and/or substance abuse therapy. Make referral for treatment not provided by the program. 

 

Job Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in social work (preferred) counseling, or related field.  Behavioral Health License, such as: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LADC preferred.  Experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment both group and individual therapy preferred.  Experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Treatment, Seeking Safety Treatment, and working with criminal justice population preferred.
