What You Can Expect

The ROSA Specialist provides technical service and clinical support for the ROSATM system and surgery cases by aligning with key stakeholders including orthopedic surgeons, hospital administratives, customer facility staff.

How You'll Create Impact

 

Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awarenessPerform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for installed ROSATM systems following established processesDocument and investigate product complaints to identify root cause analysisLead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA systemROSA Recon expert and procedure expertProvide ROSA Recon Procedural support in the OR during implementation phaseWorks with the Recon sales teams to increase procedure volume by identifying and expanding ROSA usersSupports system technology upgrades from an education and training perspective, as requiredIn collaboration with Recon sales team to facilitate ROSA Recon product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awarenessPromote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)Provide product feedback and improvements to Regional ROSA stakeholdersWorks closely with ZBI Coordinator – ROSA to ensure Med-Ed programs are executed flawlessly

Your Background B.Sc. or diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience requireMinimum of 6 to 8 years of clinical sales experience or 5 years of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales and case coverage experience.Experience with Clinical Support in the Operating Room preferredPrior experience with Robotics would be added advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong presentation and demonstration skills, both live and onlineProven track record of achieving strong resultsAbility to apply technical knowledge to solve varied and complex problemsTravel Expectations
