**What You Can Expect**
The ROSA Specialist provides technical service and clinical support for the **_ROSA_** **_TM_** system and surgery cases by aligning with key stakeholders including orthopedic surgeons, hospital administratives, customer facility staff.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ **Provide on-site support** for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local andregional market awareness
+ **Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair** for installed **_ROSA_** **_TM_** systems following established processes
+ Document and investigate product complaints to identify root cause analysis
+ **Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons** ,staff, and administrators on the ROSA system
+ **ROSA Recon expert** and procedure expert
+ **Provide ROSA Recon Procedural support in the OR** during implementation phase
+ **Works with the Recon sales teams** to increase procedure volume by identifying and expandingROSA users
+ **Supports system technology upgrades** from an education and training perspective, as required
+ In collaboration with Recon sales team to facilitate ROSA Recon product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
+ Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
+ **Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)**
+ Provide product feedback and improvements to Regional ROSA stakeholders
+ **Works closely with ZBI Coordinator –** ROSA to ensure Med-Ed programs are executedflawlessly

**Your Background**
+ B.Sc. or diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience require
+ Minimum of 6 to 8 years of clinical sales experience or 5 years of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales and case coverage experience.
+ Experience with Clinical Support in the Operating Room preferred
+ Prior experience with Robotics would be added advantage
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both live and online
+ Proven track record of achieving strong results
+ Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve varied and complex problems
**Travel Expectations**
Up to 10%
