Working in conjunction with your General Manager, you will ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.

How you will make an impact
Drive the sustainability and growth of the home by ensuring accurate AN-ACC funding, effective care planning, and meaningful engagement with residents and the local communityLead all clinical services in alignment with Regis policies, procedures, and quality standardsChampion the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and uphold professional clinical practice across the teamFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and supporting initiatives across clinical and lifestyle servicesEnsure timely and accurate completion of all clinical documentation, care records, and resident health filesCoordinate and support scheduled audits, ensuring clinical indicators are tracked and reported in line with organisational requirementsMaintain up-to-date and relevant clinical documentation to support safe and effective care deliveryOversee medication management practices, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines and regular monitoring for safety and complianceWhat you will bring to the role
Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalencyCurrent registration with AHPRA as a registered nursePrevious senior clinical care experience in the health sector with clinical experience in aged careDemonstrated leadership and influencing skillsSound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACCDemonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT applicationsBenefits that support and reward you
