Clinical Team Lead IDDT Community Based

Position Purpose:

The Clinical Lead for IDDT provides clinical oversight, leadership, and support for a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services to individuals with co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders. This role ensures fidelity to the IDDT model, promotes recovery-oriented care, and provides direct clinical services and supervision to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes.

What You Will Do:

Clinical Oversight & Supervision

Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support for the IDDT team.Ensure services align with the IDDT fidelity model and agency/contract requirements.Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to ensure quality and compliance.

Direct Services

Carry a small caseload of clients with co-occurring disorders, providing therapy, assessment, crisis intervention, and recovery planning.Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, peers, and family members to develop integrated treatment plans.Deliver services in-home, in the community, or in office settings as needed.

Program Development & Evaluation

Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.Monitor fidelity to the IDDT model using standardized tools; participate in quality improvement initiatives.Collect and report program data; contribute to audits, grant applications, and reports.

Community & Interagency Collaboration

Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, shelters, law enforcement, and other service providers.Represent the IDDT program at community meetings, workgroups, or trainings as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human service or related discipline and 2 years of relevant experienceLPC or LCSW licensure not required but preferred.Supervisory and/or coaching experience not required but preferred.Valid Driver LicenseAbility to drive an organization vehicleAct 33/34/73 ClearancesPre-employment drug screening
