The Clinical Systems Analyst II will participate in the design, development, implementation, modification, and evaluation of health care information systems. **This is a remote role in Northeast Ohio. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00am to 5:00pm with on call rotations once every three months for a week.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design.
+ Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.
+ Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.
+ Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle.
+ Assists with system build, data validation and system testing.
+ Participate in Project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems.
+ Recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field
+ Three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience
+ **OR** two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system
+ **OR** Associate's degree **and** five years of relevant experience
+ **OR** Master's degree **and** two years of experience
+ **OR** High School diploma/GED **and** more than five years of relevant experience
+ Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT.
+ Technical certification may be required
+ For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of the position start date
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Current Epic Radiant certification or other Epic certification
+ Radiant Certification or Cupid certification
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
**Personal Protective Equipment:**
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
**Pay Range**
Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
