The Clinical Systems Analyst II will participate in the design, development, implementation, modification, and evaluation of health care information systems. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00am to 5:00pm with on call rotations once every three months for a week.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design. + Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed. + Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information. + Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle. + Assists with system build, data validation and system testing. + Participate in Project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems. + Recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in related field + Three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience + **OR** two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system + **OR** Associate's degree **and** five years of relevant experience + **OR** Master's degree **and** two years of experience + **OR** High School diploma/GED **and** more than five years of relevant experience + Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT. + Technical certification may be required + For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of the position start date Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Current Epic Radiant certification or other Epic certification + Radiant Certification or Cupid certification **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. + Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. + Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. **Pay Range** Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
