Clinical Support Specialist H&AM
The Clinical Support Specialist in our Hospital & Ambulatory Diagnostics (H&AM) business is the ambassador of Philips ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets. They will be responsible for creating and delivering clinical education and consultancy services to meet the demands of our customers. The Clinical Support Specialist receives, registers, and provides clinical service support to the requests or problems coming in from all channels and communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines. Solutions are provided both remotely or onsite - walking clinicians through particular procedures, assisting remotely and offering guidance on optimizing the system clinically. This role is a key member of the clinical governance team and/or service team; fostering collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise. + Ensure all clinical system changes are accurately captured and maintained. + Optimize customer value by advising on solution usage and engaging clinical users to improve workflows and ways of working. + Monitor system performance and clinical operations by reviewing logs, managing escalations, and proactively identifying and mitigating issues + Creates and provides Clinical education or consultancy in accordance with Philips standards, guidelines and product specific training material + Advises customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment + Provide support and guidance to Customers. Acts in accordance with our regulatory guidelines. + Act clinical support to our Remote function and to customer that have this included into their contract. + Actively involved in Customer escalations, Complaints (safety / non safety related) or feedback, following agreed processes to ensure that information is captured accurately as possible, managing associated action. + Work together with Technical Account Managers (TAM’s) in the case of serious escalations. + Support sales team and Project Manager with the introduction of new products. **You're the right fit if:** + Vocational education within a clinical field, preferably with a specialist focus (e.g. postgraduate qualification). + Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience, with strong knowledge of clinical procedures, protocols, and operating environments. + Demonstrates a customer‑first mindset, adapts quickly to new technologies, and stays current with clinical applications of relevant equipment. + Works independently within established procedures, understands when to escalate appropriately, and requires guidance only for new or complex assignments. + Fluent in English and Swedish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. + Willingness to travel minimum 30% to customers. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
