Position Summary
We are looking for a Clinical Specialist to support the expansion of our SPARK Clear Aligners business across Türkiye. In this role, you will provide end-to-end clinical and technical support to orthodontists — from onboarding and training to troubleshooting and ongoing consultation throughout the treatment journey.
The ideal candidate must have a dental/orthodontic background, a strong understanding of digital workflows, and be confident in both clinical environments and customer-facing situations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding, in-practice or remote training, and education to new and existing SPARK doctorsProvide clinical support for Spark aligners and intraoral scanner (IOS) onboardingAssist in the design, processing, and approval of digital orthodontic casesProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting (software/web-based tools) to doctors and clinic teamsOrganize and manage follow-ups to ensure customer success and satisfactionConduct live demonstrations of digital solutions in practices and at professional eventsPartner with the sales team during customer visits to provide clinical expertiseReport clinical issues or feedback to the regional product and support teamsMaintain accurate documentation in CRM systemsParticipate in local exhibitions, round tables, and doctor-focused eventsTravel within Türkiye to support clinics and business development initiatives (approx. 50% of the time)Experience & Requirements
Education:
Degree in Dentistry, Orthodontics, or a related dental discipline – MandatoryExperience:
Previous experience in orthodontics, digital dentistry, or similar clinical support rolesUnderstanding of aligner systems, IOS, 3D dental design software, and digital workflowsExperience with dental technology platforms and customer interaction is highly valuedKey Skills
Strong clinical knowledge combined with excellent communication and training abilitiesTech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot digital systems and provide clear guidanceHighly organized and independent with a customer-first mindsetPositive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitudeFluent in Turkish.
