PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Remote Clinical Support Services Specialist is responsible for overseeing back-office processes, with a focus on State and Private Vaccine Management and Medical Assistant workflows by monitoring and maintaining quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain a high standard of patient care while adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to the Clinical Support Services Regional Supervisor any findings and carry out any tasks assigned.
Support the Regional Supervisor and Practice Managers acting as a liaison to foster strong communication channels.
Collaborate with Practice Managers and Lead MAs to enhance back-office processes including but not limited to vaccine management, vaccine and medication administration, vital signs, progress note documentation, standing orders, MA Procedures, and equipment usage to ensure compliance and safety.
Generate and review monthly data reports specific to vaccine management and back-office workflows, providing actionable feedback to improve clinic operations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies within eClinicalWorks (eCW) and VFC program in a timely manner.
Address and resolve issues related to:
Vaccine Ordering System
Immunization Registry
Temperature monitoring devices of vaccines
Vaccine Excursions
Unit malfunctions
Create and provide training, guidance, and education materials to Practice Managers and Lead MAs. 
Any special project deemed by your supervisor.
Stay informed about vaccine updates, recalls and recommendations​ and inform the Regional Supervisor.
Effectively communicate issues and collaborate with Practice Managers, Team Leads, Regional Practice Administrators and other departmental leads regarding resolutions 
Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operational issues and identify areas for improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide training to new staff members on clinical service support procedures and best practices.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities but may assist in training or guiding junior staff or new team members as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field (bachelor’s in medicine preferred), or equivalent practical experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) and the VFC program.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and report on trends and patterns in Vaccine Management data.
Advanced in excell
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high data quality standards.
Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Customer service oriented.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a remote position that requires a dedicated home office space free from distractions.
Regular virtual meetings with team members and management.
Can be requested to work from the MX BO when necessary.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
If remote, must live in Monterrey, N.L.
