**The Opportunity**
To support the ongoing growth of our Surgical Vision business, we’ve created a new opportunity for a Clinical Support Manager to join our team in Sydney. Working closely with the Professional Education Manager, the Clinical Support Manager will provide episodic clinical support to Eye Surgeons across ANZ, adopting and advancing their use of presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses (PCIOLs). In this field-based role, you are primarily responsible for providing onboarding support for new clients and their surgical teams, ensuring a smooth integration of PCIOLs into their practice. You will also offer responsive, referral-based support to address unexpected challenges and/or provide expert guidance, enabling customers to confidently manage the transition to PCIOL technology and deliver optimal patient outcomes.
**About You**
+ **Degree qualification in Orthoptics or Optometry, with minimum 3 years’ experience in Ophthalmology practice, particularly in supporting the use of Presbyopia Correcting Technology**
+ **Expertise in Patient Counselling, Biometry, Topography, Intraocular Lens (IOL) Calculations, and Subjective Refraction are essential**
+ Previous experience in education or sales is highly regarded, along with strong communication and presentation skill
+ Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, and a positive can-do attitude
