As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the staffing and planning of client/patient care is executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies.
Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Facilitate clinical case staffing and ensure transition planning for clients.
Provide oversight for service delivery and monitor progress notes for thoroughness.
Develop programmatic schedules that respect client rights and needs.
Monitor and adhere to the program budget and manage service delivery plans.
Schedule staff and ensure coverage in accordance with licensing standards.
Conduct team member evaluations and provide clinical direction and supervision.
Ensure staff receive the necessary training to enhance service provision.
Respond to crisis situations and ensure proper incident reporting is completed.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one year of supervisory experience;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two years of supervisory experience;
AND
Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, or a licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with experience in substance use disorder treatment.
Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record and driving record.
Valid Driver’s License in the state of residency.
First Aid and CPR certification within three months of employment.
Completion of New Hire Orientation and ongoing training requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. Jobs are primarily sedentary, involving sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing.
