Job Summary:
Trinity Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an ambulatory care department. This role is responsible for supervising a clinical care team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting operational excellence in collaboration with the Practice Leader and Operations Director. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse with strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Preferred: Master’s degree in nursingLicensure/Certification:
Required: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of MichiganPreferred: Specialty certification as applicableExperience:
Required: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience with similar patient populationsPreferred: Experience in staff supervision, education, and clinical operations in a complex healthcare environmentSkills & Abilities:
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical settingProficiency with standard desktop applications and clinical software systemsPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs. and operate patient movement equipmentFrequent standing, bending, and walking; occasional sitting and squattingVisual acuity and communication skills necessary for patient assessment and documentationAbility to work under stress and in emotionally challenging situationsWhy Join Us?
