Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for one of our social services organizations. The Clinical Supervisor will carry a direct caseload of seven youth while overseeing a Clinician with an additional seven-youth caseload and supervising a Case Manager who supports all 14 youth on site. The role requires delivering a minimum of six hours of clinical services per youth weekly, including individual, family, and group therapy, plus flexible clinical hours for crisis intervention or skill-building. The Supervisor ensures timely and compliant documentation across all service components and provides clinical oversight to maintain performance metrics. They will lead and participate in APN meetings, treatment team discussions, case consultations, and staff roundtables, while also coaching the Clinician and Case Manager. Additional responsibilities include supporting crisis response, guiding treatment planning, and engaging families. The position is part of the emergency on-call rotation and requires a consistent weekly schedule, with flexibility by semester.

Skills and Requirements
Licensed clinician
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to supervise both a Clinician and Case Manager
Strong documentation and compliance skills
Familiarity with PerformCare and authorization systems (JCR, TJCR, DJCRS)
Willingness to participate in on-call emergency rotation
Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule (flexible by semester)
