We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee clinical services, provide guidance to team members, and ensure high-quality patient care. You'll provide clinical oversight, develop treatment plans, supervise staff members, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.As a Clinical Supervisor, your primary focus will be on providing clinical guidance, supervising team members, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You'll work closely with staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, monitor program effectiveness, and facilitate clinical case staffing and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:· Provide clinical oversight and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality patient care
· Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with staff members and other departments
· Supervise and mentor staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge
· Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement
· Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team and diagnostic disposition meetings
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing service delivery

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
· At least 3 years of professional experience in mental health, with 1 year of supervisory experience
· Knowledge of ACT model and experience working with individuals with mental health conditions

Additional Qualifications:· Current driver's license and acceptable driving record
· First Aid and CPR certification
· Behavioral Management training (CPI or Crisis Management)

Physical Requirements:· Sedentary work with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
