Appuyer la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures et participer à tous les aspects de la prise de décision clinique et opérationnelle liés aux programmes de l’unité organisationnelle. Former et éduquer les investigateurs/clients sur l’utilisation appropriée des produits et technologies de ces deux divisions. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB • Support the clinical development and education, manage inventory and equipment, and customer education programs pertinent to Medtronic defined products and technology. Support the implementation of policies and procedures and participate in all facets of clinical and operational decision-making pertaining to the programs of the organizational unit. Train and educate investigators/customers on proper use of the Medtronic product and technology. **PRINCIPALES TÂCHES/RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE** (peuvent inclure les éléments suivants, d’autres tâches • Identifie et facilite l’exécution des opportunités de croissance avec l’équipe de soutien clinique et des ventes. • Sert de ressource technique pour soutenir la vente d’un produit ou d’une solution médicale spécifique. • Responsable de la déclaration des plaintes et des réactions indésirables aux médicaments (ADR). • Fournit leadership et orientation dans tous les aspects de l’établissement, de la mise en œuvre, de la promotion et de l’administration des activités de formation clinique, y compris l’évaluation, la planification des programmes, la communication, le développement des compétences cliniques et le soutien éducatif. • Développe et exécute des programmes de formation clinique visant à améliorer les compétences des utilisateurs. • Cultive des relations étroites avec les partenaires commerciaux stratégiques, y compris tous les centres de formation et leaders d’opinion. • Assure la formation des nouveaux employés sur les produits, technologies et matériaux. • Aide à nouveaux produits et la satisfaction des clients. • Exigences en matière de rapport de formation (toute activité de soutien clinique et de formation doit être documentée). • Réalise des revues mensuelles d’activités avec le RSM et le SPM. **QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES** **CONNAISSANCES/FORMATION** • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (GED) • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC), ou • Baccalauréat • Un baccalauréat et inscription actuelle à un programme de certification d’une école de stimulation cardiaque comme ATI ou PrepMD. **EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE** • Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la santé ou de l’ingénierie, avec un diplôme d’études secondaires ou GED, ou • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la santé ou de l’ingénierie, avec un diplôme collégial, ou • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la santé ou de l’ingénierie, avec un baccalauréat, ou • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle, avec un baccalauréat et inscription actuelle à un programme de certification d’une école de stimulation cardiaque comme ATI ou PrepMD. **QUALIFICATIONS SOUHAITÉES/PRÉFÉRÉES** **EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE** • Une formation en enseignement infirmier serait un atout. • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente et/ou marketing dans le domaine de la santé. • Bonne connaissance du système de santé (niveau national, provincial et/ou régional). • Expérience dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux. **COMPÉTENCES** • Capacité à développer et présenter des programmes de formation et/ou des ateliers. • Compétence dans l’analyse et la réingénierie des opérations et procédures, la formulation de politiques, et le développement et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles stratégies et procédures. • Aptitude à organiser les ressources et établir les priorités. • Connaissance des principes et pratiques de l’éducation des adultes et de la communication. • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, verbales et écrites, et capacité à posséder un permis de conduire valide sans restrictions. • Bilingue français/anglais. **EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES DU POSTE** • Déplacements requis pour la formation, les événements clients, les symposiums, les activités sur le terrain et la couverture de cas. • Des déplacements en dehors des heures normales peuvent être requis pour la couverture de cas et/ou les activités sur le terrain. • Les spécialistes cliniques doivent être présents dans leur territoire assigné chaque jour pour répondre aux besoins imprévus.
