IQVIA is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to cover hospitals across Manchester working in the field of trauma medical devices.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and developing sales in strategic accounts across the North West territories. In this role, you will become an integral part of the sales team by providing support to several territory managers in servicing their customers and accounts.

Principal Accountabilities:

Provide in theatre support to consultants and nursing staff regarding the use of productsProvide accurate information regarding all products and their indications (i.e. surgical techniques) for use to orthopaedic consultants and nursing staffProvide first class service to customers including training, stock checks, timely deliveries and supporting the theatre team to ensure the operation proceeds successfullyAssist in the promotion/correct use of our client’s products through regular, organised customer education meetings and training sessionsDevelop business opportunities across the portfolio in Key Focus Accounts, communicate to the Sales specialist, and support the successful conversion of these business opportunitiesPromote use of portfolio and services to Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff

Ideal Experience:

Experience of working in orthopaedic surgery is essentialA solid understanding of Theatre Environment is essentialEither a clinical qualification, e.g. Physiotherapy, ODP, RGN, etc
