Work Flexibility: Field-based

In this role, we are looking for an experienced nurse with operation theatre scrub experience to be a key member of the Commercial team supporting our customers in the Northern Malaysia region. You will be the primary member providing top quality consultative service to our customers before, during and after conventional joint replacement surgeries.

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine joint replacement cases; driving patient and customer satisfactionEnsure customers comprehend the technical specifications and usage instructions of Stryker productsAttend, scrub in and support routine primary surgical proceduresConfidently identify and troubleshoot product-related issues related to customers’ application of productsDocument incidents regarding product performance issues; input into reports regarding these issues according to Company policiesCase prearrangement including instrument & implant kits monitoringProvide inventory management and invoicing support at customer locationAssist in the return/addition of products resulting from field service issues, stock adjustments, maintenance and admin duties according to Company proceduresSupport product training to colleagues and/or customers in both one-on-one and in-service settingsKeep updated on product knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other sources

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Sciences related fieldsScrubbing and Operation Theatre case support experience in hospital settingsThie role will be based in Penang, MalaysiaGood communication skills in spoken and written EnglishPossess the motivation and enthusiasm to positively impact patient outcomes using Stryker productsGood interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

Travel Percentage: 30%
