Your Role at Baxter

As a Specialist, Clinical Solutions, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, best-practice standards, and professional skills to support Sales and Services engagements for the Baxter Care Communications Digital Health product portfolio. You will report to the Clinical Integrations Manager; will work internally with the Project Management team, other Clinical team members, and Engineers; and will work externally with customer clinical staff to design, implement, and provide updates on project status.

TRAVEL: Up to 75% travel, including overnight travel. 100% REMOTE

What you'll be doing

As a Specialist, Clinical Solutions, you will compose clinical program deliverables for sales/service delivery, including clinical assessments, clinical strategy, user acceptance testing, launch support, revenue recognition, and ongoing customer clinical engagements.Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Implementation Engineers, and other Baxter team members to ensure successful implementation of projects.Clinically assess health care organizations related to current state and future state with Baxter Care Communications products and improved outcomes for patients and their caregivers.Lead clinical design workshops to guide clinicians in the configuration of Care Communications products for enterprise, unit, and individual settings.Develop strong collaborative partnerships with customers to ensure successful adoption of Care Communications products.Create and manage clinical program documentation, oversee quality control throughout the life cycle of a customer engagement, and provide clinical content to support Sales and Services engagements via written and verbal formats.

What you'll bring

Bachelors degreePrevious acute care nursing experience preferredAbility to articulate, design, and successfully implement clinical technologyAbility to facilitate change management philosophies to enhance the adoption of all Baxter Care Communications programsExcellent presentation skills and ability to build written content with little directionProven success in verbal and written communication, along with experience with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work in a team environment or independently, making clinical consulting decisions without guidanceStrong conflict resolution skills, including the ability to negotiate and to influence othersGood problem solving and analytical skills to understand key customer clinical issues and define how IT solutions will solve challenges facing our customers todayExperience with standards development based on healthcare industry trends

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.

The estimated pay range for this position is $72,000 - $95,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.

Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
