Manage a team of Field Clinical Specialists that support assigned products/activities within Commercial.
How you’ll make an impact:
As Clinical Solutions Manager you will lead a team of Field Clinical Specialists responsible for on-site education activities related to Edwards devices and related procedures.
Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department including building and defining clear areas of responsibilities of the team
Drive a customer centric focus across the organization by providing coaching and mentoring. ensuring consistent application of best practices to enhance customer engagement.
Lead local therapy-specific programs to enhance adoption and optimize clinical outcomes and drive changes across the Clinical team in line with TMTT strategy.
Define and review clinical strategies for the area to support business objectives and patient outcomes.
Ensure adequate reporting of complaints & issues including investigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence and communicate on commercial learnings and lead the prioritization of project and/or outcome plans from EU perspective.
Observe cases to maintain knowledge of technical matters related to investigational therapies/products and procedures
Gather competitor information based on field activities and ensure all relevant insights are shared with R&D and Marketing department
Other incidental duties: Attend and educate at conferences as needed
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in in related scientific (health care) field , 8 years experience related experience Required
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field Preferred
Live in the region of Hannover

Demonstrated track record in people management required
Experience working in a cardio vascular surgery preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Fluent in English
Expert understanding of related aspects of field educational processes and/or good training practices
Demonstrated ability to manage assigned team to provide coaching and feedback to maintain the highest standard of professional education of the team, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations
Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of field education to the business
Ability to provide surgeons and their teams with all aspects related to the use of Edwards products; theoretical training, live implantation, device and procedure understanding and implementation
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
