**Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant – Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions** As our Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant for the Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions team, your responsibilities include the planning and delivery of clinical workflow and clinical education and training, as well as system go-live support for customer-facing engagements across the DCS portfolio of products. Clinical Consultants also install/configure devices in the hospital environment. **Your role:** + You will have a pre-sales consultative approach to ensure that optimal training services and subscriptions are included as part of the overall solution. Developing and implementing clinical training plans in partnership with technical consultants, local sales and service teams. + You will develop and maintain long term customer relationships in support of recurring revenue strategy, ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions, and serving in a consultative role with the customer throughout the solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions. + You will configure or manage the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment, and guide the customer in the testing of workaround, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions. + You will analyze the customer’s existing workflow and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensuring proper testing of the system and establishing a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer. + You will identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, documenting and submitting those according to standard processes. **You're the right fit it:** + You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Nursing, Business Administration or equivalent. You have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Your skills include: + Clinical teaching/in-servicing experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills + Philips Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions Product Knowledge strongly preferred (Holter/cardiographs- TC70, TC50/ST80i Stress System/iECG). + Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity, project management, high comfort level with technology and informatics concepts, detail oriented and organized and possess the ability to be managed remotely. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position. You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds for product demonstrations and be comfortable with general installation tools. + Ability to travel 80% of the time and live near a metropolitan airport. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
