We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Physicist to join our team as a Clinical Solution Lead. In this role, you will leverage your clinical and technical expertise to assist customers in phantom calibration, reconstruction optimization, and protocol development. You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical liaison to our growing theranostic user community, ensuring optimal imaging outcomes and promoting high standards of quality assurance. What You’ll Do
Support customers in performing phantom calibrations and quality assurance procedures on Nuclear Medicine equipment (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT/CT)
Collaborate with clinical sites to optimize reconstruction parameters and post-processing workflows to align with physician imaging preferences
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols leveraging best practices in phantom testing and calibration for nuclear medicine theranostic imaging
Act as a technical liaison for theranostic users, guiding implementation of quantitative imaging and dosimetry workflows
Conduct discovery sessions to assess site readiness, workflow gaps, and areas for optimization
Facilitate software trials, establish success metrics, and support trial-to-implementation transitions
Stay current on advancements in Nuclear Medicine imaging, reconstruction algorithms, and theranostic standards through internal collaboration and external engagement
What You’ll Need
PhD in Medical Physics, Nuclear Medicine, or a related field
2–3+ years of direct experience with phantom testing, scanner calibration, and quantitative imaging workflows
Familiarity with theranostic imaging, radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, and image reconstruction techniques
Strong knowledge of regulatory and QA frameworks in Nuclear Medicine (e.g., ACR, AAPM, NEMA standards)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to support diverse clinical teams
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S. to support customer success
Preferred Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility (e.g., ABR in Medical Physics or equivalent)
Experience with MIM Software or similar advanced molecular imaging platforms
Prior involvement in theranostic program development or vendor collaboration
