Job Description

Position Summary:

Join our top-tier team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Clinical Sequencing Account Manager. Drive growth in Saudi Arabia and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:Demonstrate technical expertise to collaborate with customers, improving technology utilization and promoting the latest advancements in protocols, kits, and capabilities.Dedicate yourself to meticulous territory planning, maintaining an in-depth market knowledge, and providing accurate sales forecasting for both routine and major orders.Develop and manage a comprehensive business plan to meet or exceed the goals set by Thermo Fisher Scientific management.Successfully position our solutions to outperform competitors, addressing performance, workflow, and budget requirements.Animate a network of distributors, establishing targets and metrics to drive sales in your assigned region.

Other Job Requirements:Consistently manage the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and applying our CRM tools.Meet key performance indicators through regular customer visits and activities, keeping the CRM system updated.Collaborate closely with Sales Counterparts to drive incremental business and monitor the specific run rate business in your territory.

Minimum Qualifications:Academic degree (minimum MSc) in molecular biology, life sciences, or a related field; PhD or equivalent experience is favorable.Proven technical and scientific background with over 3 years of sales experience in Direct and Indirect Markets.Demonstrated experience in Channel Management and clinical sequencing.Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and verbal.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (75% of the time).
