Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p - in office + field visits as needed

Responsibilities Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely mannerAssists with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc. and transfers caller to the appropriate person or departmentTakes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person in a timely mannerSelects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based upon patient needs, location of the patient, and skill of the clinicianMaintains visit data in electronic medical record Qualifications High school graduate or GED Valid Nursing license from the state practicing inCurrent CPR certificationMinimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home healthMinimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferredHome health and/or hospice experienceSound knowledge of the framework, organization and function of home careProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications Solid organizational skills, thoroughness, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorBasic clinical skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to develop critical thinking skills, research situations, solve complex problems and deal with a variety of issues About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
