Your Role: 

A Clinical Sales Consultant promotes diagnostic tests to healthcare providers.  They are responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share by educating on assigned products and relevant disease states. 

You Will: 

Key to this position is the ability to drive sales by building and leveraging customer relationships to impact a variety of customer segments.Develop and implement business plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned diagnostic field. Educate customer on appropriate use, interpretation and ordering of Siemens’ diagnostic tests. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including healthcare providers and industry opinion leaders.  Deliver expert-level customer presentations on the customer value of the Siemens Healthineers novel assays, allergy, and plasma proteins. Ability to understand the language of the clinical customer, as well as the clinical space within they work, to position the clinical value of our novel solutions.  Possess a deep understanding of Siemens clinical products and services, as well as relevant market trends and competitive landscapes. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, utilizing Siemens’ customer relationship management tool to track and report on sales activities. Execute on demand generation campaigns to support the growth of key market segments by positioning the clinical relevance of the solutions we offer. Responsible for providing market and customer insights to Leadership through analysis of internal and external data sources and manage relationships with customers. Learn and leverage roles and responsibilities of the cross functional team, such as Commercial Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Technical support to ensure customer needs are met and to drive successful outcomes. Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers, attend sales events and participate in training.   Engage with Regional Manager on the development of programs and activities that will result in increased access to customers, as well as increased market share for Siemens’ segments. Previous experience in healthcare sales. Demonstrated management of analytical tools for funnel building, CRM and market insights to provide transparency to internal stakeholders and decision makers .

  

Your Expertise: 

Minimum of BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.) 2+ years of experience in commercial organization and sales/marketing, preferably clinical diagnostics and with direct physician interface Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of the lab and competitive laboratory testing methodologies are a benefit Willing to travel within the assigned geography 

This role is based in the USA. 

This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $93,600 - Max $140,400

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
